Returns Policy

‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the JanVikas Infotech.

Please keep in mind while returning products :-

  • Contact us first to obtain a returns number and returns address; and
  • Return your product with a note including details of your name, returns number, contact details, order reference number and the reason why you either:
  • Wish to return your product or cancel your order; or
  • The reason why you believe your product is faulty.

Products may returm when :-

  • Product was defective
  • Product was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong Product was sent by the us

Your product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. So keep the original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your product.

Return costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until we safely receive them. Where the delivery of an order is refused, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to us.

Cancellation Policy

If the Order placed is not shipped yet , then within 24 hours it can be cancelled. Other than that we do not Entertain any Cancellations for orders placed post 24 hours of the order time. The amount will be reversed back in 5-7 working days.

What do if mispricings

we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
